| Booking |
30%
down payment at the moment of the booking through
bank transfer or credit card. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation until 30 days before the arrival, the down payment won't be paid back. If the cancellation takes place between 0 and 0 days before the arrival, the total amount has to be paid. In case that the apartment will be rented to another person for the same period, will be paid back the whole amount minus expenditures. |

Balance |
The
balance should be paid on the arrival. |

Italian
Language Courses |
Holiday and Language Learning Combined! With us
you can take a holiday and learn Italian at the same
time. We cooperate with an excellent teacher from
"Lingua Toscana", Barbara Ginanneschi, who speaks
perfect German and lives in Suvereto. Together with
her we organise courses for the wine and olive
harvests. These courses take place directly in our
agriturismo. Next dates 2009: in September during the vintage and in October during the olive harvest.

| NOTE |
From January 1st, 2012 the Region of Tuscany has introduced the Resort Tax. The municipality of Suvereto applies the Resort Tax from 1st April until 31st October 2012, for the amount of € 1.00 per adult person per night and for children over 6 years. The Resort Tax should be paid directly at the farmstay on the arrival and the guest will receive a payment receipt.
Animals
are not allowed.
Furthermore: Our guests can take part
in the grape harvest (around August until
October) or the olive picking (November/December). |
