Produced
of the grape varieties Sangiovese, Giacomino and
Cabernet Sauvignon. The vinification is traditional
with control of the high temperatures. Boccalupo ages for 16
months in medium toasted barrique barrels made of durmast wood and
refines then for other 15 months in the bottle.
It is a ruby red coloured wine of great structure
with an intense, persistent, fruity and spicy fragrance with vanilla
scents. The taste is austere, dry and well-structured,
long ending and properly tannic.

Vallin dei Ghiri
ages for 16 months

spicy and toasted bouquet. The taste has a great volume with
tannic density, persistent and long ending.

Canaiolo. The vinification is traditional with control
of the high temperatures. Falcorosso is a red wine of medium aging.
The wine matures for 14 months in cement tanks and finally 5 months bottle refining. The Falcorosso wine is ruby red coloured;
the bouquet is intense and fine at the same moment, neat
and fruity. The taste is well-balanced, warm and full.

Malvasia. The vinification is made through cryomaceration
at controlled temperature. The Falcobianco matures for 7 months in stainless steel tanks and finally makes 2 months of bottle refining. It is a white wine of straw yellow colour. The bouquet is intense
and fine at the same moment, fragrant and fruity; the taste
is warm, sapid and balanced.

through the cryomaceration at controlled temperature. The
Iliaco is a young white wine of a straw yellow colour

Grappa Fiordinando |

white Tuscan grappa, deriving from black marcs, with which
was made the red wine, distilled with vapour boiler in
a discontinuous system and low temperature columns within
24 hours from drawing off wine.
The colour is limpid white with a neat and intense, full
and elegant bouquet. The taste offers a clean fruity
opening with sensations that highlight the fullness, fragrance
and completeness, creating an excellent balance.

Olio Extra vergine di Oliva |

Produced
of the olive varieties: Moraiolo, Frantoio,
Leccio and Pendolino, originating from the secular
olive trees of the farm. The clayey and scaly ground is ideal
for the growing of the plant. The olives are picked by hand with
the meccanic help. The extraction is continuous with temperature
control. The oil has a distinctly fruity smell, is well
flavoured and medium spicy.
